| Training ammunition is easily distinguished from live ammunition, they have a recessed primer area. Plastic and solid brass training rounds with a recessed primer hole prevents damage to the firing pin. Solid brass rounds are machined from a single piece of brass and are not able to come apart. They have a safety spiral featured on them to differentiate them from live ammunition. | ||||
